LIVE GAME SHOW HOST & SALES PERSONALITY – BREAK LABS
Location: Miami Studio-Based
Hours: 20-40 Hours Per Week
Show Length: Typically 4-6 Hours Per Stream
Compensation: $25-$75 Per Hour Based on Experience + Commissions + Bonuses
Training: Paid Training and Paid Auditions

WHO WE ARE
BREAK LABS is building one of the most exciting live shopping experiences in sports memorabilia.
Our live streams combine entertainment, sales, collectibles, negotiation, and game-show energy. Customers purchase spots in live games and have opportunities to win, trade, and upgrade into premium sports memorabilia including signed helmets, jerseys, photos, footballs, and other collectibles.
We are looking for charismatic, high-energy personalities who can command a room, keep viewers engaged, and drive sales during live streams on TikTok, Whatnot, and other emerging platforms.
This is not a traditional hosting job.
This is part game show host, part salesperson, part entertainer, and part closer.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Host live sports memorabilia game shows and sales events
- Sell spots into live games and promotions
- Create excitement, urgency, and entertainment throughout the stream
- Build relationships with viewers and repeat buyers
- Showcase premium memorabilia and collectibles
- Negotiate trade-up opportunities with customers in real time
- Handle objections and confidently close sales
- Keep energy levels high for 4-6 hour live shows
- Create memorable moments that can be clipped and shared across social media
- Work with the team to improve show formats, promotions, and customer experience
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVE
- Exceptional communication skills
- High energy and strong on-camera presence
- Sales experience and the ability to confidently ask for the sale
- Ability to think quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable speaking to hundreds or thousands of viewers live
- Strong personality that keeps audiences entertained and engaged
- Competitive mindset and desire to win
PREFERRED
- Experience selling live on TikTok Shop, Whatnot, Facebook Live, Instagram Live, QVC-style platforms, or similar environments
- Experience in retail sales, car sales, phone sales, high-ticket sales, or commission-based sales
- Knowledge of sports memorabilia and collectibles
- Knowledge of major professional sports including NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, and NCAA
Sports knowledge is helpful, but sales ability is more important.
We can teach memorabilia.
We cannot teach energy, confidence, and natural sales talent.

- $25-$75 per hour depending on experience and performance
