Hands-on lead role at a growing Houston oilfield-products company. Titan BOP Rubber Products makes aftermarket blowout preventer (BOP) rubber parts — seal kits, packers, annulars, and more — for oil and gas. We're small, we're growing, and we're looking for a Warehouse Lead who wants to own the floor.
What you'll do:
- Lead daily shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment; verify shipments for accuracy
- Keep inventory accurate — placement, FIFO, cycle counts
- Operate forklifts and keep the warehouse organized and safe
- Enter shipping/receiving in our inventory system
- Coordinate freight and carrier pickups (UPS, freight/LTL)
- Set the pace on the floor, supervise production, and enforce safety
- Assemble seal kits, cut pipe wipers, bag and label product
- Work with vendors and coordinate across the operation
What you need:
- 1–2 years of warehouse / supply chain experience
- Forklift operation preferred (certification a plus)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet through the shift
- Comfortable with inventory/ERP software
- Reliable, safety-minded, and detail-oriented
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
