We're looking for an energetic, hands-on Cook/Shift Lead to lead the daily operations of our fast-paced food court restaurant. If you thrive in a high-volume environment, enjoy leading a team, and are passionate about cooking great food and exceptional guest service, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and food safety standards
- Operate cash register and accurately process customer orders and payments
- Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure outstanding customer service and food quality.
- Oversee food safety, sanitation, and health department compliance.
- Handle cash management, deposits, and daily reporting.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and positively.
- Meet sales, profitability, and operational goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of cooking and restaurant experience (fast food or fast-casual preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift, carry, transport up to 60 pounds.
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and twist while lifting, moving, and transferring heavy bags and boxes, etc.
- Ability to operate safely in a busy kitchen environment including exposure to high heat, freezer temperatures and wet or slippery floors.
- Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
