Location: Tri-Cities, Washington (Richland, Kennewick, Pasco)
Pay Range: $130,000 – $160,000 per year + benefits
Cliff Thorn Construction is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our commercial construction team in the Tri-Cities. This role is responsible for leading projects from pre-construction through closeout while maintaining budgets, schedules, and strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
- Lead project meetings and maintain client communication
- Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, and accounting
- Review contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Mentor Project Managers and Project Engineers
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and scheduling
- Experience managing commercial project budgets
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- AutoDesk or similar software experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
