About Enrgy Collective
Enrgy Collective is a private personal training studio in North Seattle built around intentional training, individualized coaching, and genuine connection.
We work primarily with clients through one-on-one and partner personal training, creating an environment that feels personal, welcoming, and supportive while still delivering a high standard of coaching.
As Enrgy continues to grow, we’re looking for a personal trainer to join our team and take on new and existing clients.
The Role
We’re looking for a trainer who is knowledgeable, personable, reliable, and genuinely invested in helping people feel stronger and more confident in their bodies.
This role is primarily focused on 1:1 and partner personal training. You’ll work with a variety of clients, abilities, and goals, so we’re looking for someone who can meet people where they are while providing thoughtful, progressive programming.
This is a great fit for a trainer who values quality coaching over high-volume training and wants to build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Coach 1:1 and partner personal training sessions
- Create safe, effective, individualized strength and conditioning programs
- Provide hands-on coaching, form corrections, modifications, and progressions
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients
- Track client progress and adjust programming as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming training environment
- Communicate professionally and consistently with clients and the Enrgy team
- Participate in occasional small group trainings, community events, or studio activations as opportunities arise
- Represent Enrgy Collective and our approach to training with professionalism and care
Who We’re Looking For
- Certified Personal Trainer through a nationally recognized organization
- CPR/AED certified
- Strong understanding of strength training, movement, and exercise technique
- Comfortable coaching clients with different fitness levels, backgrounds, and goals
- Confident providing modifications and adapting sessions to the individual
- Reliable, organized, and professional
- Personable and able to build genuine relationships with clients
- Open to feedback, collaboration, and continued learning
- Interested in being part of a growing small business and fitness community
What Makes Enrgy Different
We aren't a traditional commercial gym. Our studio is intentionally private and personal, allowing our trainers to focus on the person in front of them rather than juggling a crowded training floor. This is a boutique, premium facility. Our goal is to create a space where clients of all backgrounds and experience levels can show up, receive excellent coaching, and leave feeling successful and strong. We’re looking for someone who wants to contribute to that environment and grow alongside Enrgy.
Schedule
This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow as your client schedule builds. Availability during early mornings, afternoon/evenings, and/or weekends is a plus.
Please include your current availability when applying.
To Apply
Please submit your resume along with a short introduction telling us about yourself, your training background, and why you’re interested in joining Enrgy Collective.
We care just as much about who you are as a coach and person as we do about what’s on your resume. If you love strength training, care deeply about the client experience, and want to be part of a close-knit training environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
