Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Contractor to build and strengthen strategic partner relationships, drive business growth, and support partner enablement initiatives. This role focuses on partnership development, pipeline management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to expand market reach and accelerate business outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with strategic business partners.
- Create and execute partnership plans to support growth and business objectives.
- Identify and advance new business opportunities through partner channels.
- Support partner training, enablement, and practice development initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and technical teams to achieve shared goals.
- Promote joint solutions, offerings, and go-to-market activities.
- Track partnership performance and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
- Facilitate regular business reviews and ensure effective partnership governance.
- Build executive-level relationships and drive long-term partner engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Partner Management, Strategic Partnerships, or a related field.
- Proven ability to develop and grow strategic business relationships.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholder groups.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: $69.00 per hour
