Duties
- Operate power tools, pneumatic tools, hand tools, and machinery to cut, shape, and assemble millwork components with precision.
- Interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly of materials.
- Handle materials safely within warehouse or manufacturing settings, including composite materials and wood products.
- Measure dimensions accurately using measurement tools for quality control and adherence to specifications.
- Use forklifts and other material handling equipment to move raw materials and finished products efficiently.
- Fabricate custom parts through machining, carpentry, and assembly processes aligned with project requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols during all manufacturing activities.
Skills
- Proficiency with forklift operation and warehouse experience for efficient materials handling.
- Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by the ability to interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings.
