We are looking to round out our team and the Lawn Service Technician at bioLawn is a full-time seasonal position running to early November.

What You’ll Do
- Apply safer fertilizers and pesticides to residential lawns through high-quality lawn applications using Ride-On equipment while doing it efficiently and consistently throughout the growing season
- Identify, diagnose, and communicate turf issues to customers and team leaders
- Perform other duties assigned that may include our aeration and seeding services
- Drive a company vehicle safely between job sites to complete lawn applications
- Follow all product labels, safety protocols, and company procedures
- Show up, take ownership, and follow through on making customer lawns look their best
- Jump in and help wherever needed to keep the team moving forward
- Create an exceptional workplace and customer experience through professionalism, care, and clear communication

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
- High school diploma
- Ability to obtain a Minnesota Pesticide Applicators License categories A and E (Study materials provided for this)

Job Type: Full-time seasonal
Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 obtainable through base pay plus obtaining weekly production bonus goals.
