Responsibilities - Sales & Estimating
- Meet with homeowners to assess painting projects
- Conduct on-site walkthroughs
- Build trust and provide professional recommendations
- Create and present estimates
- Follow up and close sales
Lead Generation
- Generate opportunities through:
- Door-to-door marketing
- Networking
- Referrals
- Community outreach
- Cold calling when needed
Customer Experience
- Deliver excellent communication and professionalism
- Guide homeowners through the sales process
- Help create an outstanding client experience
Team Development
- Attend weekly trainings and meetings
- Track KPI’s and goals
- Continuously improve sales and communication skills
