LEASING & MARKETING SPECIALIST
Collegiate Village is seeking a dynamic individual to join our leasing and outreach team at a quality, locally owned off-campus student housing apartment community.

As a Member of our Collegiate Village team, you will be responsible for:
Online, in-person, and over the phone leasing of apartments:
- Responding to leads from interested prospects via online and phone correspondence
- Conducting property tours of both our apartments and community center
- Providing prospects with positive and welcoming salespersonship
- Developing a strong knowledge of the Collegiate Village leasing process (Training provided)
- Closing interactions with signed lease agreements (Training provided)
- Offering continued and reliable leasing support to current residents
- Working both independently and as part of our team to develop strategies to keep the property well positioned in the market
Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- Sales ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Public speaking skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and online research
- Motivated to meet/exceed leasing goals
- Enthusiastic, persistent, reliable, personable, outgoing
- Enjoy helping students and their parents through the leasing process to a quality off-campus housing living experience
- Knowledge of various property management software programs a plus
Must be available to work rotating Saturdays.
Hours:
10am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Rotating Saturdays. Weekends as needed.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate plus benefit package and performance inventive bonuses
