15 Hours per week Provide direct 1:1 or small-group instruction to support students in the development of communication, social, academic, and self-care skills.Utilize reinforcement strategies and data-driven techniques to encourage positive behavior change.Collect, record, and summarize data on student progress and behavior throughout sessions.Collaborate with teachers and therapists to support carryover of skills across settings.Maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment at all times.Adhere to all district and special education policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with each student's Individualized Education Program (IEP) and/or 504 Plan.
