Ripple Wellness is an established multidisciplinary wellness center seeking a Washington State licensed mental health professional to join our collaborative team. Through our trusted reputation in the community and established relationships with patients and healthcare providers, Ripple offers an opportunity to grow a telehealth practice within an integrative wellness setting supported by an experienced administrative team.
As an independent contractor, you maintain full professional autonomy over your clinical judgment, treatment approach, and therapeutic style while benefiting from Ripple's administrative, billing, and marketing support.
We're seeking a therapist who is excited to build a Telehealth practice through Ripple Wellness. Requirements:
- Fully licensed as an LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, or LMFT in Washington State and able to practice independently.
- Secure, private home office and reliable internet connection.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality client care.
- Professional liability insurance and business license (independent contractor position).
- Interest in integrative and holistic healthcare.
- Experience working collaboratively with medical providers.
- Live within driving distance of Ripple Wellness in Washougal, Washington.
This position is Telehealth, but requests occasional in-person participation at Ripple Wellness in Washougal, WA, including marketing/community events, and other collaborative activities. Candidates must reside within reasonable driving distance of the clinic to meet these in-person responsibilities.
We support our providers with:
- Referrals from our established and growing patient base
- Initial scheduling and patient communication support.
- Insurance billing, payment processing, and claims management.
- Established office systems and workflows.
- Opportunities for referrals from Ripple’s established and growing patient community.
- Marketing support through newsletters, social media, and our website.
- Training on Charm Health Electronic Health Records (Telehealth subscription provided at the contractor's monthly fee of $20).
Position Details
- Offer a complimentary 15-minute Telehealth consultation for prospective clients.
- Conduct 55-minute Telehealth intake appointments and 55-minute Telehealth follow-up sessions.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and professional clinical documentation.
- Develop and document safety plans when clinically indicated in accordance with Ripple's administrative workflow while maintaining independent clinical judgment.
- Follow appropriate termination and continuity-of-care procedures.
- Utilize appropriate assessment and intake forms and periodically updating with client.
- Adhere to all HIPAA, ethical, legal, and professional standards of practice.
- Ripple will schedule a client's complimentary 15-minute consultation and/or initial intake appointment with the mental health associate. Scheduling of all follow-up appointments is the responsibility of the therapist. In exceptional circumstances, the front desk may assist with scheduling follow-up appointments as needed.
- Communicate professionally with patients, staff, and referral partners.
- Make reasonable efforts to participate in monthly virtual team meetings and collaborate with other providers as appropriate.

Compensation
- This is an Independent Contractor (1099) position
- This is a Telehealth position
- 65% compensation to the provider on collected revenue for both time of service and insurance billed services
- Flexible scheduling with the ability to build your own caseload
- Contractor responsible for maintaining licensure, liability insurance, and business license
- Initial credentialing fee: $150
- Annual credentialing fee: $150
- EHR telehealth fee: $20 per month
