Position Overview
We’re seeking professional, motivated, and empathetic licensed therapists to join our growing team. This position is ideal for clinicians who value autonomy, a supportive community, and a steady flow of referrals. Therapists provide outpatient counseling services to clients based on their area of expertise, maintaining professional standards of documentation and ethics.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, or family counseling sessions (in-person and/or telehealth)
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in the EHR system
- Develop treatment plans and track client progress toward goals
- Collaborate with a team of skilled clinicians and support staff
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and case consultations as needed
- Maintain compliance with all ethical and professional standards

Qualifications
- Active Texas license: LPC, LMFT, LCSW (or Associate under supervision)
- Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Social Work, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and organized with professional boundaries
- Experience with trauma, anxiety, depression, or couples work preferred
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $100.00 - $195.00 per hour
