Austin Subaru is looking for an additional counter associate for our Parts Department. We have a fun, but fast paced environment as a family owned and operated company where good job performance gets you promoted! Our Recon Parts Associates are located at our Austin INFINITI shop and go to our Austin Subaru store located right next door on a daily basis to pick up parts and tires.
Daily duties will include but are not limited to:

Accurately handle parts estimates through DMS

Assist service team and customers with product inquiries and sales.

Communicate accurate information with parts team, service team and customers
-
Assist in inventory control and prevent shrinkage
-
Project professional image and have a positive attitude
-
Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
-
Provide flexibility on shift hours, lunch schedule, and overtime requests

Perform other duties as assigned
Applicant MUST possess the following:
-
Parts experience in a Dealership environment
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
-
Basic computer skills (Windows, Internet, Email, Parts catalogs, etc.)

Professional, neat, and clean appearance
-
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
-
Squat and stand for extended periods of time
-
Have reliable transportation
-
Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
-
Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
Hours:
-
Store hours Sunday - Saturday, 40 hours work week required. Schedule subject to business needs, guarantee two days off per week
