Business Draft is looking for a Customer Success Manager who can help employers get the most from our hiring platform. This role supports customers with clear answers, practical guidance, and thoughtful follow-up.\n\nYou will help customers understand product features, solve account questions, and use Business Draft successfully. You will communicate through email and online meetings, document useful details, and work with the product team when an issue needs deeper investigation.\n\nThe right person communicates clearly, stays organized, and enjoys helping people. Experience in customer success, software support, recruiting, or human resources is helpful. We value patience, sound judgment, and a willingness to learn.\n\nThis is a full-time position paying $25 to $30 per hour. The role may be performed remotely or from our Salt Lake City area office.
