Glen Eden is Southern California’s premier Nudist Resort and RV Park.
We are a family oriented resort that provides nude recreation to members and guests from all over the world. Currently we are looking for a full-time (40 hours), Customer Service Representative for our front office.
The qualified candidate will be responsible for consistently meeting high quality standards in guest services and perform work tasks in a timely fashion. A Customer Service Representative must ensure he/she follows the company mission statement and values.
- Greeting and Checking in members and guests while taking reservations and resolving guest needs.
- General Office Administrative duties
- Responsible for cash drawer contents and transactions during shift and balancing
- Knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Possess the ability to work as a team member, but also independently at times with direction
- Will be required to work weekends and nights. Schedule will vary based upon scheduling needs.

Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Other duties as requested
