Senior Sales Representative / Sales Lead
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Senior Sales Representative / Sales Lead to join our growing wireless retail team. This position is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals, providing exceptional customer service, and leading by example in a fast-paced retail environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, mentoring team members, and delivering an outstanding customer experience while promoting wireless products, devices, and services.
Responsibilities
- Drive wireless sales and consistently exceed individual and store sales goals
- Assist in leading daily store operations and support management as needed
- Build strong customer relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of wireless products, services, promotions, and accessories
- Train and mentor sales associates to improve performance and customer engagement
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain store appearance, merchandising standards, and inventory accuracy
- Complete administrative and operational tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of successful retail sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Previous wireless, telecommunications, or cellular sales experience strongly preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coach and motivate others
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
