Raegan Ford Design is a nationally recognized interior design firm specializing in Greek housing. We create spaces that foster community, support student success, and strengthen organizational culture through thoughtful, experience-driven design. As our national portfolio continues to grow, we are expanding our design team and seeking a talented Senior Interior Designer with 8-10 years of experience who can contribute to all phases of the design process, including the development of comprehensive interior design plans and specifications for new construction, remodels, and FF&E projects.
This position has a strong FF&E focus and requires experience managing large-scale packages that blend residential aesthetics with the durability and functionality of high-use commercial spaces.This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and is energized by seeing projects move from initial concept through construction, procurement, and installation.
Responsibilities
- Develop complete interior design concepts for new construction, remodels, and furnishings projects.
- Produce accurate construction design sets, including floor plans, elevations, details, finish selections, and specifications.
- Review architectural drawings and coordinate design details with architects, builders, contractors, and consultants.
- Develop and manage large-scale FF&E packages, including furniture, rugs, lighting, artwork, accessories, and custom furnishings.
- Create cohesive furniture plans that combine commercial functionality and durability with an elevated residential aesthetic.
- Prepare accurate design and FF&E specifications, proposals, and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Procurement, and the design team from concept through installation.
- Participate in client presentations and clearly communicate design intent and selections.
- Support project installations and ensure the completed space reflects the approved design.
- Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and proactively resolve design-related issues.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
