**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Play a pivotal role in managing and organizing extensive case files involving pleadings, discovery documents, financial records, and more.
- Keep track of vital court dates, deadlines, and reporting requirements across multiple legal systems.
- Act as a liaison with clients, financial analysts, and court officials to coordinate on legal matters.
- Handle drafting and meticulous proofreading of documents like disclosure statements, reorganization plans, and official court motions.

**Required Expertise and Skills**
