Entry Level Marketing and Social Media Specialist (Graphic Design Experience Required)

The Role
This position is responsible for developing, executing, and tracking marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand presence and drive measurable growth. The ideal candidate is both visually creative and analytically minded—comfortable designing compelling campaigns, writing engaging copy, and using data to refine strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase awareness and drive sales.
- Plan and manage an annual marketing calendar with clear goals and corresponding campaigns.
- Design and execute monthly social media content and campaigns (Instagram, Pinterest, etc.).
- Create and distribute email newsletters and other digital marketing content.
- Write and edit marketing copy across platforms (web, email, print, social media).
- Track and report on performance metrics including ad data, ROAS, and engagement trends.
- Plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and brand collaborations.
- Maintain brand consistency while thinking creatively to push the brand forward.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay current on trends.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership to align marketing goals with business objectives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop).
- Proven experience managing social media accounts and campaigns.
- Strong writing and copy editing skills with a keen eye for brand voice.
- Ability to interpret analytics and turn insights into actionable improvements.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) and Google Ads.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A creative thinker with the ability to both take direction and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
