Workforce Management Analyst
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)
TFI International is seeking a Workforce Management Analyst to serve as a technical subject matter expert for enterprise workforce management and timekeeping platforms, including ADP eTime and ADP Workforce Manager. This role is responsible for system configuration, audits, integrations, compliance, reporting, and process optimization to support accurate payroll operations across a large, multi-state workforce.
What You'll Do
- Configure and support ADP eTime, ADP Workforce Manager, and related workforce management systems.
- Analyze time, attendance, scheduling, accrual, and labor data to identify trends and resolve issues.
- Maintain pay rules, work rules, accruals, and system configurations.
- Conduct audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and payroll integrity.
- Support integrations between workforce management, payroll, HRIS, and third-party systems.
- Partner with Payroll, HRIS, HR, IT, and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Monitor multi-state compliance, union work rules, FLSA requirements, and paid leave regulations.
- Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, control procedures, and training materials.
- Support SOX controls, internal audits, and compliance reporting requirements.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise workforce management or timekeeping systems such as ADP eTime, ADP WFM, Kronos, or UKG.
- Strong experience with system configuration, testing, integrations, auditing, and reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, lookups, and data analysis.
- Experience supporting multi-state payroll, compliance requirements, and complex workforce environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting large employee populations and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Smartsheet, Copilot, automation tools, or analytics solutions preferred.
- Transportation, logistics, or trucking industry experience is a plus.
