Key Responsibilities
- Program Design: Lead global job evaluations, benchmarking, and market pricing to keep reward programs competitive and equitable.
- Business Advisory: Serve as an internal consultant for HR and business leaders on compensation structures, key hiring offers, and team design.
- Annual Cycles: Help drive annual compensation processes, including performance-based review frameworks, salary structure updates, and incentive planning, with a strong focus on compliance and fairness.
- Systems & Analytics: Help support the global HRIS platform with a focus on meticulous data integrity, build analytics dashboards, and support technology upgrades.
- Market & Compliance Trends: Monitor global market shifts and local compliance laws, proactively managing pay equity reviews and risk assessments.
- Workforce Intelligence: Oversee salary survey participation and execute labor market modeling to support proactive hiring decisions.
- Localized Advocacy: Partner with HR and benefits teams to navigate the unique compensation nuances of local unions, work councils, and regional workforce plans.
- Mentorship: Support regional groups, present analytical findings to stakeholders, and collaborate on cross-functional initiatives.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related analytical field.
- 8–10+ years of progressive corporate compensation, total rewards, or HR analytics experience.
- Advanced Excel data modeling skills with a proven track record of independently solving complex compensation challenges.
- Experience guiding comprehensive annual performance and incentive planning cycles.
- Highly consultative approach with a talent for translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives for decision-makers.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead projects autonomously in a fast-paced, global environment.
Preferred Experience
- Extensive experience supporting compensation programs across international regions, including a strong grasp of local trends.
- Familiarity with major enterprise HRIS modules (specifically core compensation components).
- Experience presenting compensation analytics directly to senior leadership.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation, or active progress toward it.
- Prior experience supporting multi-site global operations or large-scale production environments.
