Operations Associate
Location: Torrance, California
Rydeen Mobile Electronics is seeking a well-organized, reliable, and customer-focused Operations Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our Torrance office.
If you enjoy supporting business operations and serving as a bridge between customers, logistics, inventory, and internal teams, this role is perfect for you. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to excel in administrative, customer service, communication, and technical support responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
· Support the day-to-day operations of the business by ensuring efficient workflows and delivering outstanding customer service.
· Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing timely updates on order status, inventory availability, shipping schedules, and deliveries.
· Assist shipping and receiving activities to ensure accurate, timely, and cost-effective order fulfillment.
· Process orders using barcode scanning systems and generate product labels through the company's inventory and labeling systems.
· Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory control, reconciliation, and stock management to minimize shortages, backorders, and discrepancies.
· Perform cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and other inventory-related tasks to maintain inventory accuracy.
· Maintain appropriate warehouse and shipping supply levels, replenishing materials as needed to support daily operations.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while following company safety policies and best practices.
· Organize and maintain accurate records of operational documents, reports, shipping records, and administrative files in a timely and accurate manner.
· Monitor customer accounts, track outstanding invoices, and collaborate with the accounting team to support collections and account reconciliation.
· Track operational issues, coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve them, and ensure timely follow-up through completion.
· Assist with trade shows, dealer events, product demonstrations, and other company activities to support sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
· Provide general administrative and operational support to other departments and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
· Experience in operations, customer service, logistics, inventory management, sales support, warehouse operations, or office administration is preferred but not required.
· An associate’s degree, or higher in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
· Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Detail-oriented and committed to ensuring accuracy, quality, and execution.
· Proactive, trustworthy, and possessing a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
· Skilled in both written and verbal communication, capable of professional communication with customers and internal team members.
· Experience with ERP, CRM, order processing, inventory management, or barcode scanning systems is preferred.
· Basic technical skills and a willingness to learn new software, systems, and operational processes.
· Ability to lift to 40 lbs. and perform warehouse-related tasks as needed.
