Experience & Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients and families warmly and ensure a positive front-desk experience

Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently while optimizing provider schedules

Verify insurance benefits, explain coverage, and collect payments

Manage patient check-in/check-out and maintain accurate patient records

Communicate effectively with clinical staff to support smooth daily operations

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred (pediatric experience a plus)

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Knowledge of dental insurance and billing processes

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with practice management software and basic computer skills
