They're looking for a driven Trial Associate who wants real responsibility, meaningful courtroom experience, and the opportunity to work alongside accomplished trial lawyers while building a long-term career.

- Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through trial
- Evaluate liability, insurance coverage, damages, and case value
- Meet with clients and witnesses to build compelling cases
- Conduct legal research and develop winning litigation strategies
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
- Handle depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and court conferences
- Prepare and try cases before juries
- Work with medical experts, economists, accident reconstructionists, and other specialists
- Negotiate aggressively with insurance companies while always preparing every case as if it will be tried
- Deliver exceptional client service throughout the litigation process
- 2–5 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
- Active New York Bar admission in good standing
- Trial preparation and courtroom experience
- Strong legal writing and research abilities
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple active litigation files
Salary: $175,000–$250,000 (based on experience)
