The Salesforce & Data Systems Specialist role is a full-time, Monday-Friday, salaried position with generous PTO and benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, in addition to a 401k plan and optional life insurance plan. The salary range is $45,000 - $55,000 annually, depending on experience. The position is considered hybrid/remote. This role works virtually with an Enroll Indy-provided computer, hotspot, and $50 off internet/phone services each month. Occasional attendance for in-person meetings or school enrollment events may be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Salesforce and Data Systems Manager with day-to-day system management, data analysis, Salesforce solutions, automation, and other process improvements.
- Leverage a range of technical systems including, but not limited to, Salesforce, Excel, AWS, and platforms supporting the school matching algorithm to maintain, optimize, and enhance Enroll Indy’s enrollment infrastructure.
- Support training of school leaders and families on how to use Enroll Indy systems.
- Create school-level Salesforce dashboards to improve school user experience.
- Support Salesforce and Data Systems Manager on developing data analyses specific to enrollment policy initiatives.
- Develop and run system-level reports with basic data on Unified Enrollment results, including family participation rates and percentage matched to top choice.
- Assist with answering calls made to the Enroll Indy enrollment hotline during busy seasons.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Salesforce and Data Systems Manager and/or Executive Director.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience cleaning, analyzing, managing, and processing large data sets using complex functions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, concise written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, delivering accurate data and timely resolutions
- Curious, investigative, and solutions-oriented
- Self-motivated with strong prioritization and time management skills
- Exceptional customer service and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated commitment to equity and efficiency in family-facing systems
- Knowledge of Indianapolis' education landscape is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
