Duties May Include
· Answering the phone and directing calls
· Greeting clients, visitors, and vendors
· Scheduling meetings and appointments
· Assisting the CEO with daily tasks and errands
· Keeping the front desk and common areas organized/clean
· Running local errands as needed
· Helping with mail, supplies, filing, and basic office organization
· Assisting team members with simple administrative tasks
· Taking notes or messages and following up when needed
· Helping create a welcoming and professional office environment
Preferred Skills
· Friendly and professional communication
· Reliable and punctual
· Organized and detail-oriented
· Comfortable answering phones and speaking with clients
· Basic computer skills
· Ability to follow directions and complete tasks independently
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred for errands
· Interest in marketing, social media, or creative work is a plus

Pay: $10.00 per hour
