ASSISTANT PRODUCTION COORDINATOR – HOME TEXTILES

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Production Coordinator to support our Production Manager across multiple home textile categories, including decorative pillows, throws, windows, and bedding.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and maintain exceptional accuracy across all aspects of production, sample management, and cross-functional coordination. Strong communication skills, organization, follow-through, and an understanding of textiles, production processes, and design aesthetics are essential.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational, time management, and follow-through skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure
- Understanding of textiles, merchandising, production, and product development
- Strong understanding of design aesthetics and product presentation
- Experience handling PP and TOP samples, approvals, and packaging trims preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Excel, and production tracking tools
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Experience in home textiles or soft home products preferred
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
