- Lead and optimize division-wide operations to support productivity, quality, service, and profitability goals.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow across production and support functions.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, supply chain, quality, and finance teams to ensure aligned execution.
- Monitor operational KPIs and take action to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and support on-time delivery.
- Drive safety, compliance, and quality standards throughout all operational activities.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and operating expenses to ensure strong financial performance.
- Evaluate staffing needs, support talent development, and build a high-performing team culture.
- Identify process bottlenecks and lead improvement efforts using data-driven decision-making.
- Support customer satisfaction by ensuring reliable execution, responsiveness, and product consistency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Several years of progressive leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, or industrial production.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple operational priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of production planning, quality systems, lean principles, and process improvement.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze performance data, and make sound business decisions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments while maintaining accountability for results.
- Experience in filtration, manufacturing, industrial products, or a related technical industry.
- Background in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
