This position is responsible for supporting the recruitment, coaching, development, and performance of Agency Development Sales Specialists within an assigned location. The role provides strategic support and oversight across business development opportunities, including lead procurement, referral relationship management, pipeline development, centers of influence development, and market execution. It is accountable for supporting new business growth and retention across personal, specialty, life, and commercial insurance lines.
