Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Estimator specializing in Roofing, Siding, and Gutters to join our growing construction team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the estimation process for residential and commercial projects, ensuring accurate cost projections and competitive pricing. Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for roofing, siding, and gutter projects by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and site conditions.
- Review contracts, change orders, and scope modifications to update estimates accordingly.
- Support project teams in bid submissions, client presentations, and contract negotiations to ensure clarity and competitiveness.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction estimating with a focus on roofing, siding, or gutters preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating principles, cost control methods, and pricing strategies.
- Hands-on construction site experience that provides insight into project execution and challenges.
- Understanding of construction management practices including contracts, project management workflows, and safety standards.
