We're looking for a dependable, motivated Service & Installation Technician to join our growing water treatment company. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and helping people improve the quality of their home's water, this role is a great fit.
What You'll Do: Service and Installation Technician (Plumbing/HVAC Preferred)
Service and install water treatment equipment including answering customer’s questions and returning phone calls.
Inspect, diagnose and repair existing systems including water testing.
Accurately complete jobs in mobile tablet and keep track of and report when inventory needs to be replenished.
Maintain good working relationship with customers and co-workers including Customer Service Coordinator on scheduling.
Assist Delivery Driver with delivering products/equipment as necessary.
Other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
Mechanical aptitude or experience in plumbing, construction, HVAC, or related fields (willing to train the right person)
Strong problem-solving skills
Clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs and up to 100 lbs with assistance and work in basements, crawl spaces, etc.
Professional, respectful communication with customers and coworkers.
Regularly required to reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, stand walk, bend, kneel and stoop and perform physical labor for long periods of time.
Requirements include:
High School Diploma and or equivalent of at least 2 years’ experience with plumbing/and or water treatment preferred. Valid Drier’s license with excellent driving record.
Must be reliable, dependable, and work well with others.
Self-motivated with good time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Adaptability and ability to embrace change as company processes, strategies and technologies evolve.
Provide excellent customer service with primary focus on exceeding customer expectations.
Mechanical abilities to troubleshoot and repair systems.
