Personal Assistant
We are seeking an experienced Personal/Executive Assistant to join our team to assist with the needs of the CEO. Our job will include management of the CEO's daily schedule, ensure that he has everything he needs to win each day, and take care of other personal/family errands as needed. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who can communicate directly with the CEO and has a strong desire to take the Company to the next level. Job Description:
- Manage the communication of the CEO's daily schedule.
- Assist with daily office operations, including but not limited to ordering office supplies and scheduling various maintenance appointment for facility.
- Daily meeting with the CEO at the outset of the day to go through the calendar with him and make sure he has what is needed.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure the CEO has what he needs for each event on his calendar, including printing and assembly of written materials.
- Coordinate with other staff to determine what the CEO typically needs and requires for each special type of event on the calendar.
- Handling drinks and coordination of meals to the CEO, replenishing as needed.
- Required to assist with planning and attend the staff-wide office meeting.
- Monitor the CEO's email daily, including responding to certain emails on behalf of the CEO.
- Bill time at the direction of the CEO
- Record all interactions with the CEO by taking notes
- Coordinate personal errands (car wash, groceries, etc)
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an executive or personal assistant is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. College experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or hospitality preferred.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, co-workers, and management. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Drive. Must be comfortable with new technology and have the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills. Must be able to multitask effectively and prioritize projects accordingly.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
