We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Leasing Agent / Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leasing residential properties, maintaining positive tenant relationships, overseeing property operations, and ensuring high occupancy rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and show available rental units to prospective tenants
- Respond to leasing inquiries and conduct property tours
- Process rental applications, lease agreements, and renewals
- Manage tenant communications and resolve resident concerns
- Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with company standards
- Collect rent payments and assist with delinquency management
- Maintain accurate tenant and property records
- Support efforts to maximize occupancy and resident retention
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management, leasing, real estate, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
