Role Overview
Responsible for helping athletes reach their maximum potential to glorify the Lord with the talents
they have been given. Guide players towards embodying the qualities of Jesus Christ and instruct in
the skills of the sport based on their age and maturity. Develop and maintain strong relationships with
the coaching staff, parents, student-athletes, colleagues and the greater community.

Model biblical values and Christian character in all interactions with athletes, families, coaching staff, and guests
