Chick's Saddlery - for immediate hire: Call Center / Customer Service Representative
Chicks Saddlery is now hiring customer service representatives for our e-commerce call center located in Harrington, Delaware.
We are seeking mature, hard-working, dependable individuals with a passion for all things horse related.
Applicants must have a working knowledge of horses and horse equipment, as well as familiarity with Western and English saddlery, a variety of tack, stable supplies, and riding apparel. Significant equine experience will be given greater consideration in hiring.
The ideal candidate will have a pleasant personality, be sales-focused, and believe in providing excellent service to our customers.
Applicant must have strong verbal and written communication skills, be proficient with computers, possess basic math skills, have a polite and sociable demeanor, work well with others, and be flexible to work in other positions depending on operational needs.
$20/hour starting pay. Schedule varies 8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday.
