Server – Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, high-energy Server to deliver great food and exceptional service to our guests. In this role, you’ll take orders, serve meals, answer menu questions, and ensure every guest has a top-tier dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Greet guests promptly, offer recommendations, and guide them through our menu.
- Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them cleanly into the POS system.
- Table Service: Deliver orders quickly, monitor table needs, and ensure complete guest satisfaction.
- Teamwork & Cleanliness: Clear and reset tables, maintain a clean workspace, and support fellow team members.
- Transactions: Accurately process cash and credit card payments.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Availability: Must have fully open availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Experience: Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, a positive attitude, and strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry food trays.
