GRO is looking for a Junior Estimator to support our sales team by preparing estimates and assisting with proposal development for landscape projects.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, numbers, spreadsheets, plans, and project information. Previous estimating or landscaping experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
What You'll Do
- Prepare quantity takeoffs using plans, measurements, and project documents.
- Build preliminary estimates and proposals for review by the sales team.
- Enter and organize project, pricing, and estimating information.
- Research material quantities, subcontractor pricing, and vendor costs.
- Assist with proposal revisions and updates.
- Maintain estimate files and project documentation.
- Support salespeople by helping prepare accurate and timely proposals.
- Help improve proposal turnaround times and enhance the customer experience.

- Experience in estimating, construction administration, project coordination, purchasing, accounting, or office administration is helpful but not required.

Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
