You'll provide advanced end-user support, Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID, Intune, Windows administration, networking, endpoint security, server support, cloud migrations, and project implementation. Performs technical troubleshooting, remediation, installations, and client-facing consulting under TeamLogic IT standards.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide top-tier technical support via phone, email, and web portal, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
- Lead provisioning and system setting up new hires, delivering a seamless onboarding experience.
- Prioritize and manage incidents and service requests to meet or exceed SLAs.
- Utilize remote tools and diagnostic utilities to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting, hardware repairs, and installations when required.
- Administer and maintain critical IT infrastructure, including servers, firewalls, and network devices.
- Implement and maintain security protocols, including antivirus solutions and updates.
- Provide expert-level server administration, including Active Directory, File & Print services, DNS, and DHCP.
- Assist in the design and architecture of network and server solutions.
- Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, ensuring a customer-first approach.
- Stay up to date with evolving industry standards and best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience, preferably within an MSP environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with desktop and server operating systems (Windows 11, Server 2022, 2025, MacOS).
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on empathy, listening, and rapport-building.
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Entra, Intune, Purview, UTM firewalls, and network administration.
- Experience with Ninja RMM and Autotask PSA is ideal however experience with other RMMs and PSAs is a plus.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology solutions with client goals.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Net+, Security+ are ideal, or equivalent preferred.
- Relevant experience certifications in cybersecurity and compliance are required.
- A self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to client locations as needed.
Preferred Experience:
- Sales engineering and proposal writing experience.
- Previous experience in IT solution design and implementation.
