About Our Family
We are a busy, professional family with three wonderful children:
- 13-year-old daughter
- 10-year-old daughter
- 7-year-old son
Both parents work from home and maintain a structured, high-expectation household centered around kindness, accountability, emotional growth, and personal responsibility. About the Role
This position is ideal for an experienced nanny or family assistant who enjoys working with school-age children and is comfortable managing multiple schedules, activities, and personalities.
The right candidate will be proactive, dependable, emotionally intelligent, and confident guiding children while building strong relationships with them.
Responsibilities Include:
- School pickups and transportation to activities
- Managing after-school routines
- Homework support and accountability
- Helping children stay organized and prepared for activities
- Encouraging independence and age-appropriate responsibility
- Preparing simple meals/snacks and assisting with dinner routines
- Maintaining tidiness in child-related spaces
- Assisting children with cleaning up after themselves
- Light household support related to the children's daily activities
- Communicating regularly with both parents regarding schedules, needs, and updates

Driving Requirements
A significant portion of this role involves transportation.
Candidates must:
- Be comfortable driving throughout the Houston area
- Have a clean driving record
- Be confident navigating freeways and multiple activity locations
- Have a personal vehicle available when needed
The family typically provides a vehicle for transporting children. Mileage reimbursement will be provided if a personal vehicle is used for family-related driving.

Additional Information
- Occasional babysitting opportunities may be available.
- The family may consider overnight support for the right candidate in the future.
