At Aspire Senior Living Webb City, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our team of professionals. As a vital member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a key Occupational Therapist (OTR) role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, helping them to maintain or improve their independence and quality of life.
Occupational Therapist (OTR) Responsibilities:
- Assess referred patients and develop individualized treatment plans to address their medical condition, functional capabilities, and potential for rehabilitation
- Provide direct patient care, including evaluations, treatment sessions, and documentation
- Establish and administer treatment programs with specific goals, under the direction of physicians
- Collaborate with all disciplines to provide patient-centered care and achieve optimal outcomes
- Participate in interdisciplinary conferences and QIGs to ensure high-quality care
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines
Occupational Therapist (OTR) Requirements/Qualifications:
- Must have graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy college or university
- Must have a valid Occupational Therapy professional license and registration for the state of Missouri
- Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred
- Experience with Case Mix Index and PPS scheduling is preferred
