Complete Care Management Services (CCMS) is a growing healthcare organization specializing in Primary Care and Multispecialty services throughout South Florida. We are currently seeking a professional, organized, and motivated HR Generalist to join our team.
This is a full-time position based in our Miramar office.
Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day Human Resources operations
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support recruitment and employee relations processes
- Coordinate compliance and HR administrative tasks
- Collaborate with management to support organizational goals
Qualifications:
- Previous Human Resources experience mandatory
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Healthcare experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year, based on experience
