Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Semiconductor Equipment Maintenance Technicians / Engineers to support semiconductor manufacturing equipment maintenance and project work in Manassas, VA.
This position is available for both short-term assignments of approximately 2 weeks and long-term assignments of 3 months or more.
The main responsibilities include preventive maintenance, planned upgrade projects scoped by Micron, and day-to-day equipment troubleshooting.
Primary Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment
Support planned upgrade projects scoped by Fab
Troubleshoot daily equipment issues
Chamber PM
Follow cleanroom protocols, site safety procedures, and customer work instructions
Maintain accurate service and maintenance records
Required Experience
Candidates must have at least 2 years of hands-on semiconductor equipment maintenance experience. PM
Experience with one or more of the following equipment platforms is required.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of semiconductor equipment maintenance experience
Hands-on experience with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, tool recovery, or upgrade support
Ability to work in a cleanroom environment
Strong mechanical, electrical, vacuum, and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and follow technical manuals, schematics, procedures, and work instructions
Must be able to work independently and communicate clearly with the customer and internal team
Must be available to start ASAP
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
Preferred Qualifications
Previous Micron site experience is a plus
OEM or third-party field service experience preferred
Experience with Lam, AMAT, TEL, AMAT PVD, ULVAC, or related semiconductor tools preferred
Candidates available for both short-term and long-term assignments preferred
