Key Responsibilities

Follow up with Superintendents on late inspections to keep timelines on track.

Review and approve estimates, ensuring alignment with repair scope and pricing.

Collaborate with Construction Superintendents on estimate revisions.

Create and assign contracts for approved renovation scopes of work.

Track progress of renovations and update projected certification dates.

Manage budget revisions and request approvals for additional funds.

Support branch Renovation Superintendents with daily requests.

Identify trends and share best practices to improve efficiency.
Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity.

At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:

Current student in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or related field.

Familiarity with Salesforce or similar workflow systems.
