Join a dedicated and hardworking warehouse team as a Compactor Operator, where your efforts help maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment. This full-time position offers consistent Monday through Friday hours from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. As a key member of the operations team, you will play an essential role in managing and processing warehouse byproducts such as cardboard, pallets, packing materials, and trash. Remove cardboard and trash from the warehouse floor throughout the shift

Break down and load cardboard into the compactor

Load pallets into the wood compactor as needed

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Physically able to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Willingness to complete required training for compactor operations

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

Must obtain customer clearance and complete any equipment training
$20.00 per hour, paid weekly
