Duties
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts, HVAC systems, and other critical components across various heavy equipment.
- Fabricate parts and components using welding, soldering, hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques to meet specific repair needs.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems utilizing schematics and automotive diagnostics tools to identify faults accurately.
- Repair and maintain machinery, industrial equipment, excavators, balers, forklifts, tractor-trailers, and other heavy-duty vehicles.
- Assemble new equipment or replace worn parts with precision to ensure safety standards are met or exceeded.

Skills
- Proven experience with heavy equipment operation and diesel repair is required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, air brakes, HVAC systems, suspension systems.
- Skilled in reading schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex issues efficiently.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering irons, and other maintenance tools necessary for repair work.
- Experience working with excavators, cranes, forklifts, farm machinery, industrial equipment or similar machinery is advantageous.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during repairs or assembly tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong electrical experience for diagnosing electronic systems in modern machinery. Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
