What is a Direct Support Professional?
If you enjoy helping people and want work that makes you feel good about what you’re doing, this is a great job.
As a DSP, you’ll get to help people with disabilities in their day-to-day lives, activities, and jobs.
If you’ve never done this, don’t worry—we’ll provide you with paid training.
What will your day be like?
In the morning, you’ll drive a company vehicle and pick up a few people.
During your day, you might:
- go to the mall
- go bowling
- volunteer
- or help them with their job tasks
After that, you’ll drive everyone back to their homes.
Hours are typically Monday - Friday 7:00a- 3:00pm.

Job Qualifications:
- be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and DOT physical
- have a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
Experience:
- Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
