Role Overview
As a Live Stream Sales Host, you'll spearhead compelling live shows that showcase Toy Cabal’s premium inventory—Funko, LEGO, sports memorabilia, and more—while engaging and growing our audience. You'll drive sales through high-energy, interactive streams that build trust and excitement.
Key Responsibilities
- Host live-stream events on platforms like Whatnot, eBay Live, TikTok, Instagram—running auctions, mystery drops, and curated themed shows.
- Engage the audience with charismatic hosting—managing live chat, gamified formats, and storytelling.
- Expertly present items across categories—Funko, LEGO, sports cards, and Pokémon/TCG—highlighting product characteristics (e.g., rarity, condition, and lore).
- Manage transactions and fulfillment coordination, ensuring seamless transitions from sale to shipment.
- Uphold brand standards, delivering informed and friendly customer experiences consistently.
Essential Qualifications
- On-camera charisma: warm, engaging, and audience-first.
- Excellent presentation skills—able to explain product value quickly and accurately.
- Self-starter mentality: reliable scheduling, proactive in engagement, and results-oriented.
- Flexible availability during prime streaming hours.
Bonus Points
- Proven experience in live commerce or social selling (e.g., Whatnot, eBay Live, TikTok, Twitch).
- Deep knowledge of at least one collectibles category (Funko, LEGO, sports, Pokémon/TCG); familiarity across categories is a plus.
