Champion AC & Plumbing is looking for an experienced and motivated HVAC Lead Installer to join our growing team. This role requires strong installation skills, leadership experience, and a commitment to delivering quality work. Average annual earnings range from $75,000 to $90,000, with potential to earn more based on performance.
What you will do:

Lead and oversee HVAC installation projects from start to finish.

Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Train and mentor installation team members to ensure quality workmanship.

Diagnose and troubleshoot installation issues to ensure optimal system performance.

Maintain accurate records of installations, service reports, and inventory usage.

Communicate effectively with customers to provide outstanding service and answer any questions.
What you bring:

EPA Certification (Required).

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in HVAC installation.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation procedures.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
