Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Residential Cleaning Subcontractor to provide exceptional cleaning services for our clients’ homes. As a subcontractor, you will be responsible for delivering thorough, high-quality cleaning that exceeds customer expectations. This role offers flexibility, independence, and the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients while maintaining a clean, comfortable living environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to sanitation will ensure each residence is spotless, safe, and welcoming.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to ensure homes are spotless and hygienic
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Clean floors thoroughly using appropriate floor care techniques, including carpet cleaning and floor polishing as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and outdoor spaces when required
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled appointments promptly while maintaining quality standards
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure satisfaction throughout the service process
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or related janitorial/custodial roles; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, equipment operation, and sanitation procedures
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling safely during tasks such as moving furniture or handling large cleaning supplies
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and address their concerns effectively
- Familiarity with outdoor work environments and outdoor cleaning tasks preferred
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple client locations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety protocols
